The results illustrated that the amount and the releasing rate of volatile of high volatile bituminous coal were higher than those of other coals, especially there were more hydrocarbons in volatile formed. The thermogravimetric behavior of combustion showed that the high volatile bituminous coal tends to break up into a few large fragments and produce more volatile before combustion of fixed carbon. There is less overlap of devolatilization and char combustion stages for high volatile bituminous coal with a high initial rate of pyrolysis and high amount of volatile. Thus for high volatile bituminous coal the evolution rate of volatile is fast. This facilitates the formation of combustion being rich with fuels, which is the reason that more soot was produced in combustion of high volatile bituminous coal.

采用固定床热解反应器、热解 红外联用仪 (Py FTIR)和热重分析仪 ,考察了高挥发分烟煤的热解、燃烧特性 ,实验结果表明 ,高挥发分烟煤在热解过程中放出大量烃类气体 ,从燃烧试验看 ,明显分为热解段和燃烧段 ,且热解段挥发分的释放非常迅速 ,从而揭示出高挥发分烟煤燃烧过程中产生大量黑烟的原因。

对城市生活垃圾中的6种典型单一组分及两两混合组分进行热重特性试验,先通氮气进行热解反应,当温度达到550℃时,再通氧气模拟空气进行燃烧反应。将热解和燃烧反应特性在同一曲线图中表现出来,分阶段求取反应动力学函数方程及动力学参数活化能、频率因子,进而为建立热解/燃烧综合模型提供基础依据;验证了混合物质的热解/燃烧特性可以用单组分物质的热解-燃烧特性的叠加来表示,除某些混合试样的组分之间会表现出一些相互影响,但这种影响并不强。
