This article analyzed the physical and chemical properties of minerals in concrete at first, thereby, proposed a new mechanism of R. C. Pile- Cutting with a speclallry distributed current field design, which were proved perfectly right thru experiments. Finally, the practicabillty of this new technique in industrial application is proved with experimental effects aad data. This new technique may be used to cut R. C. Pile as well as to dismantle R.
