During machining, many problems are successfully solved such as polish improvement? deformation after machining? variation of dimension with temperature. This paper reports the basis to select the material of vacuum chamber and manufacture technological processes. The formation mechanism and effective factors for roughness are analyzed. The solving methods are introduced in the fields of material of tools, geometry angles, machine parameters and coolant liquid.
