Objective To study the quality of life of the nurses. Methods 476 nurses in a hospital in Kunming were investigated by WHOQOL-100 scale. Results The overall quality of life of the nurses had no significance difference from that of the Chinese norm. And there were significant differences between nurses in different positions in Psychological domain, and Social relations domain. 目的了解护士群体生活质量的特点。方法采用方便抽样方法,抽取昆明市某综合医院的护士476名,运用生活质量评定量表(WHOQOF-100)对476名护士进行评估。结果与常模相比:护士生活质量的心理领域、环境领域和总的生活质量及健康状况与普通人群比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);生理领域、独立性领域、社会关系领域、精神支柱及个人信仰领域比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05));不同岗位护士生活质量的心理领域、社会关系领域比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士对自己的生活质量总评估与普通人群比较无差异,但在独立性、社会关系及精神支柱、个人信仰领域的评估明显高于普通人群,而对自己生理状况的满意度却低于普通人群;不同岗位护士生活质量在心理领域、社会关系领域存在差异,护理组长的生活质量较高。
