The basic characteristicsand kinetic parameters of propellant pyrolysis,the critical condition of pyroly-sis-to-deflagration transition,and the influence of temperature rising rate onpyrolysis are analyzed. The experimental results show that:the critical temper-ture of pyrolysis-to-deflagration transition of propellants can be used as the ig-nition criterion, the multi-stage reaction appears in the pyrolysis of double-base and triple-base propellants,the critical temperature and the kinetic param-eters will increase as temperature rising rate increases. This experimental studyprovides valuable information for ignition and combustion of propellants.

该文用热重分析(TGA)技术对各种国产制式火药的热分解作了实验研究。分析了火药热分解的基本特征、热分解转爆燃的临界条件、热分解动力学参数以及升温速率对热分解的影响。试验结果表明:火药缓慢的热分解向爆燃转变的临界温度可作为火药点火的判据。双基药与三基药存在多阶段的反应、火药热分解的临界温度以及化学动力学参数随升温速率增大而增大。该文的试验研究结果提供了火药的点火和燃烧所需的重要信息。

The curves of and for four coals were obtained by the method, and the combustion rate varied with the burnout ratio for one coal under a third temperature increasing rate was calculated, which agreed well with the experimental results. The change trends of the combustion rates for the four coals under different constant temperature levels were predicted.

采用热天平获得同一种煤在不同升温速率下的TG、DTG曲线,可求出燃烧速率、燃烧温度随燃烬度的变化曲线,根据两个不同升温速率下的数据,可计算出化学动力学参数活化能和指前因子随燃烬度的变化曲线。根据实验数据计算得到四个煤种的反应动力学参数随燃烬度变化的曲线,并预测其中一种煤在第三个升温速率下的燃烧速率随燃烬度的变化曲线,计算结果与实验结果符合较好。用此模型预测了在不同的恒定温度下试验煤种的煤粉燃烧速率随燃烬度的变化趋势。
