The study of vibrational relaxation is very important in researching for new gasmolecular laser and in the chemical reaction from laser-prepared states. The C-H_2, stretchingvibrations near 3000cm~(-1) were excitced by tunable infrared laser OPO, and the fluorescencefrom the other infrared active modes were detected. The experiments were done on C_2H_4,C_8H_6, C_2H_4O and CH_2Cl_2 molecules. Some common features have been pointed out, and asimple relaxation model was presented after discussion.

Ultrafine SiC powder was prepared from a C_2H_4/SiH_4 system both by pulsed and CW CO_2 laser-driven reaction. Grains of the ultrafine powder prepared in this process were very fine, uniform in size, spherical in shape and extremely pure. Under the pulsed laser operation, the powder was composed of crystalline particles and the mean particle diameter was 230(?). This paper reviewed recent research advances in preparing high temperature superconducting thin films and crystal materials with lasers. The basic principles precessing advantages and recent advances of pulsed laser deposition high-T_c superconducting thin films and laser-heated pedestal high-T_c superconducting crystal growth are mainly introduced. Finally, directions and perspectives of this technology developments and applications are presented.

本文综述了近年来利用激光制备高温超导薄膜和超导单晶材料的研究进展。主要介绍了脉冲激光淀积高温超导薄膜和激光加热基座生长高温超导晶体的基本原理、工艺特点和最新进展。最后展望了该技术的应用前景和发展方向。
