废水减量是通过改进流程尽量以减少废水生成量而节约水资源的环保课题。在国外,水挟点技术(简写为WPT),用于废水减量问题的研究,已经发展到一定深度,并已成功地用于多个工厂的废水减量问题。但是,在国内这方面的研究尚处于空白阶段。为了使广大科技工作者了解这方面的研究进展,本文着重介绍了水挟点技术的基本原理、发展过程、现状及展望。

Water network optimization of petrochemical industry has been researched by using water pinch technology. Existing water network of nine operations in a petrochemical corporation has been preliminarily designed and optimized by using water pinch technology on the conditions of fixed flowrate and flowrate change. Water network optimization of petrochemical industry has been researched by using water pinch technology. Existing water network of nine operations in a petrochemical corporation has been preliminarily designed and optimized by using water pinch technology on the conditions of fixed flowrate and flowrate change. The result shows that the amounts of fresh water used decrease by 19.17% and 22.87% respectively through initial design on the conditions of fixed flowrate and flowrate change and further optimization can simplify the water network by recycling pipes reduction from eleven to six and five. The amounts of fresh water decrease by 18.79% and 22.47% respectively by optimized water network. Water pinch technology can save fresh water and reduce wastewater in industry and has practicality and better application prospect.

运用水夹点技术,对某石化企业进行用水网络优化研究。在流量恒定和流量改变两种条件下,对某石化企业9个用水操作原有用水网络进行初始设计和优化改进。结果表明,在流量恒定和流量改变条件下,通过用水网络初始设计节约新鲜水用量分别为19.17%和22.87%,对用水网络的初始设计和优化可简化用水网络,回用管路数分别由11条减少为6条和5条,优化后的用水网络分别节约新鲜水用量18.79%和22.47%。水夹点技术在工业用水节约和废水减量方面具有实用价值和较好的应用前景。
