Some of the application development of the methods used in the cratcion of the genetieally engineering strains for environmental protection are reviewed from the lev els of cellular and molecular biology in this paper. Bath disadvantages and advantages of the various methods are also discussed, as well as some unsolved probloms in the present research.

随着环境污染的日益严重,仅靠从自然环境中分离筛选有降解酶活菌株的方法已不能适应废水处理实践的要求,需要应用先进的微生物育种技术来更加快速而定向地制备降解工程菌株并用以组成高效的废水生物处理系统.本文从细胞和分子生物学水平综述了国内外应用微生物育种技术研制环保工程菌的部分理论研究进展和应用概况,对各种育种方法的利弊及目前研究中尚存的问题也作了探讨.

比较了在相同的条件下 ,含盐和不含盐的底物、含木素和不含木素的底物、聚合度和糖基比不同的底物在木聚糖酶的作用下 ,定向制备木低聚糖时的木低聚糖得率、木糖得率、总糖得率 ,阐明了氯化钠、木素的存在以及木聚糖支链、木聚糖聚合度的差异对实验结果的影响。从而为制定木聚糖和木低聚糖的最佳生产工艺提供理论依据。

Thus, it is of great significance to research and develop the methods of preparation of ACs with specific porosity which could meet the demands of their suggested application fields. On the bases of literature survey on characterization of porous structure, relationship between porosity of ACs and their specifications, a concept of "directional preparation of activated carbon" was proposed, and the principles and approaches to adjusting their porosity was given in this paper with the aim to further understand the significance of porosity to ACs, elucidate the mechanism of regulation of ACs porosity and consequently commercialize the technology of directional preparation of activated carbons.

由于活性炭的吸附性能主要由其孔结构和表面官能团的种类与数量决定,甚至孔结构对活性炭的性能有时有决定性的影响,因而,根据用途与应用领域对吸附剂性能的要求,定向制备具有特定孔结构的活性炭方法就具有重大的意义。本文在对活性炭制备过程中调控孔结构方法的研究状况综述性评介的基础上,提出活性炭定向制备的概念,阐释了孔结构调控机理和方法,以期指导制备具有要求结构和性能活性炭的生产实践。
