The reaction conditions (temperature andtime) and effect of amount of initiator andNaUA on polymerization reaction are discussed.It has been shown by study with TEM micro-scope that film-forming property will be en-hanced with the increase of pH value of the sys-tem. And a fast TEM sample preparing methodis also suggested.

提出了在反应性乳化剂十一烯酸钠(NaUA)存在下,实施苯乙烯和丙烯酸丁酯无皂乳液聚合的方法,消除通常乳液聚合的残留乳化剂对乳液性能影响。讨论了反应条件(温度和时间),以及引发剂和NaUA的用量对聚合反应影响。用透射电镜(TEM)观察乳胶粒子表明,随体系pH增加,乳液成膜性提高。为表征乳胶粒子,提出了一种简便、快速的TEM制片法。
