The electroless composite plating of Ni alloy is an update surface finishing method. The preparation of Ni-P-TiO_2 composite coating on ferric substrates was reviewed. Afterward, the morphology and composition of the co-coating were analyzed by using the methods of SEM, AES and XPS. And the antibacterial performance of Ni-P-TiO_2 co-coating was tested. The results show that the the relative atomic percentage of the Ni-P-TiO_2 co-coating is Ni 74.51%, P 13.37%,Ti 3.02%, O 6.81% and Fe 1.38% . With the aid of the nano scaled TiO_2, the antibacterial activity of the coating was remarkablely promoted. The exhibit rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was 97.86% and 96.23% respectively. The coatings were well adhered and maintained an excellent corrosion resistance. A 20μm thickness coating possessed grade 10 during a salt vapour test.

 复合镀镍是在镀件表面制备复合材料镀层的一种新的工艺方法,利用纳米TiO2优异的抗菌性能和耐蚀性能,本研究在钢铁基体上得到了Ni P TiO2复合镀层。运用SEM、AES和XPS分析了复合镀层的表面形貌和组成,并对其抗菌性能、附着性和耐腐蚀性能进行了测试,结果显示:Ni P TiO2镀层的相对原子数分数为74.51%Ni,13.37%P,3.02%Ti、6.81%O和1.38%Fe,镀层对大肠杆菌的杀菌率为97.86%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率为96.23%,镀层附着性能好,当镀层厚度达到20μm时,耐盐雾性能可达10级。
