Based on the recorded seismic history. recorded data of modern seismic network and the recent years'seismic activities as well as the research results on the engineering earthquake and the seismic geology,this paper describes the features of the city's seismic hazard,introduces the seismic setting of the cities and towns within Jiangxi province and the basic features of the seismic activity,meanWhile,it proposes several problems which should be paid attention in the earthquake-resistant work in the province,namely,the basic research of seismic forecast in the city proper,the landslide in the basement area,and the secondary hazards such as the settlement and sandy soil liquefaction taken place along the river and lake areas and the lower reach of the reservoir.

本文根据历史地震记载、现代地震台网记录资料和近年来的地震活动、工程地震和地震地质方面的研究成果,简述了城市地震灾害的特点;介绍了江西省境内城镇震灾概况和省境内地震活动的基本特征;提出了我省城镇抗震防灾工作中应注意的几个地震问题,即城市地区地震预测的基础研究,基岩山区的山崩、滑坡,沿江(河、湖)地区沉陷、砂上液化和水库下游城市的次生灾害等。

According to the current water problems along Lijiang river, the paper analyses the causes of major problems such as frequent flood and drought, lack of water resoures and water pollution. And it also puts forward that the harness of the river must be combined with researching sustainable development countermeasures, reforming the management system,building some large or middle sized irrigation works and so on.

文章回顾了漓江治理的历程,分析了目前漓江存在的水问题,并阐明其水灾频繁、水资源缺乏、水污染加重的成因,提出漓江治理必须进行可持续发展研究、改革流域管理体制、调整产业结构,兴修大中型水利工程和建设水污染防治工程等综合举措,才能协调流域上游与下游、城市与农村、一二三产业、灌溉与航运、防洪与补水等关系,走流域可持续发展之路。
