The vacuum system leakage of thermal power plant is a kind of common trouble, it is having great influence on safety production and economical operation of the power plant, so there is the convenient, accurate examination method that seems particularly important to examination vacuum system leakage.

It suggests that coal quality,boiler efficiency(flue gas emission loss,inadequate combustion),steam turbine efficiency(throttle loss,initial steam parameters,condenser back pressure,feed water temperature,system leakage,through flow clearance adjustment),and auxiliary power consumption are keys to improve power plant energy saving.
