Effect of exogenous enzyme on utilization ratio of fiber and minerals for broilers was studied in the experiment.Results were follows.Utilization rotio of air matter,neural detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,lignin,hemicellulose and magnesium in wheat bran were significantly increased (P<0 05) Utilizations of calciun,phosphorus,manganese,Zinc,copper and cellulose in the wheat bran were not significantly influenced by exogenous enzyme.Utilization ratio of neutral detergent fiber,lignin in the rice bran...

以绿色木霉菌株 ,稻草为主料 ,采用固体发酵制取外源酶法 ,研究纤维素复合酶在肉鸡生产中的应用。结果表明 ,纤维素复合酶可使肉仔鸡对小麦麸的风干物质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、木质素、半纤维素以及小麦麸中的镁利用率显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而小麦麸中的钙、磷、锰、锌、铜及纤维素的利用率无显著变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;使米糠不的中性洗涤纤维、木质素的利用率显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而米糠中的风干物质、酸性洗涤纤维、纤维素、半纤维素的利用率无显著变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。使肉仔鸡增重提高了 6 .2 4 %。
