SiO_2nanoparticles were prepared by in-situ modificationmethod. The morphology, structure, and thermodynamicproperties were studied by TEM,XRD,FT-IR and TG/DTA. The oil dispersibility in organic solvents was evaluated. The results showed that the silica nanoparticles had a good oil dispersibility in diesel oiland paraffin oil. The core driving experiment proved that the nanoparticles can enhance the water permeability rate effectively.

The injected water volume plays an important role in low permeability oil field water flooding development.It universally exists that injected pressure is high in a long time,injected water volume is low,the difference of injected pressure of each well is very large during oilfield development.Nanometer polesilicon is one of new technology resolving the question.On the base of polesilicon and oil of field,this paper studies the mechanism of polesilicon decompression and augmented injection using physical simulation.The paper also analyses effectiveness of augmented injection,variation of water relative permeability,adsorption,interfacial tension of polesilicon.Experiments show that nanometer polesilicon can improve the waterflood response by changing the wettability of rock,enhancing relative permeability of water,and reducing significantly the flow resistant of injection water because of its stronger hydrophobility.The full size field test prove that it can decompress and augment water injection rate.

保持合理注水量是影响低渗透油田注水开发效果的重要因素之一。开发过程中普遍存在注水井长期注入压力居高不下、注入量低、单井注入压力差异大等问题。纳米聚硅材料是解决这一难题的新技术之一。利用油田现场提供的聚硅材料和油藏等资料,通过室内物理模拟,对聚硅材料增加注水效果、改善水相相对渗透率进行了研究,同时研究了纳米聚硅材料的吸附和界面张力等特性,探讨了聚硅材料降低注水压力增加注水量的机理。结果表明,纳米聚硅材料通过其强憎水特性改变岩石的润湿性,提高水相相对渗透率(以及驱替吸附在孔隙内表面的水膜等机理来提高注水量。现场应用也表明,纳米聚硅材料能降低注水压力,提高注水量。
