Under the suitable conditions the water flux was 80 ̄ 490 L/m2. h.The treated oil wastewater accorded with the standard of water-flooding of low osmotic oilfield.The method can effectively clean away effectively the contaminants on membrane surfaces, providing the base for designing the scaling up equipment....

针对含水率在90%以上的高含水原油,用液-液旋流器对产出液进行预脱水和污水除油的新工艺在胜利油田车二接转站进行了现场试验。该站平均含水率90%,经两级旋流器处理后,脱水率达到90%,污水除油率高达98%以上。将核桃壳过滤器作为新工艺的配套设备,其除油、除悬浮物效果明显,可进一步提高水质,以满足中、低渗透层注水水质要求。该工艺不仅简化了流程,减少了设备,提高了工艺技术水平,而且还节省投资(45.2%)。
