The adhering fracture behaviour of some carbide alloy tool in cutting 2.25Cr-1Mo steel has been researched. By SEM and metallscope, it was found that the solid welding has been done in some areas between tool and chip by solid diffussion or recrystallization across the interface under the condition of heavy cutting. The reason for forming metalic bonding is the stronger attraction between atoms of the tool and worked material, the greater cutting force and higher cutting temperature in cutting process.

借助电镜及金相显微镜,分析了多种硬质合金刀具切削2.25Cr-1Mo钢时刀具的粘焊破损行为.结果表明,在重型切削条件下,刀屑间局部区域里,通过双方原子间的扩散和再结晶,已完全达到了固相焊接的程度;被加工材料与硬质合金元素间的亲合力强、切削力大、切削温度高是产生刀屑间冶金联接的主要原因,选用超细晶粒硬质合金刀具是解决粘刀问题的途径之一.

The machining database system mentioned in this paper is based on the idea of expert system, and designed to store and manipulate heavy duty metal cutting data. The system has the ability of choosing suitable cutting tool and machining parameter, according to data reference manual and experts' knowledge. It will quicken cutting tools' design, improve machining efficiency and prolong cutting tools'life.

针对重型切削中数据存储和处理问题.依据专家系统设计思想,结合手册数据和专家知识,实现了基于知识的切削数据库管理系统,可根据实际加工条件合理地选择刀具参数及加工参数.经模拟运行,系统可缩短刀具设计时间,提高加工效率、延长刀具寿命.
