研究徽量稀土元素(La或Ce)对超低锑铅合金组织结构、物理及电化学性能的影响。实验结果表明,稀土元素溶入α固溶体中,是良好的变质剂,稀土元素的加入改变了晶拉和晶界结构,提高了合金的硬度和机械强度。用稀土元素强化的超低锑铅合金具有高的析氢过电位和好的耐腐蚀能力,达到了全密闭铅酸蓄电池板栅材料的要求。

The cobalt binder in WC-TiC-Co cemented carblde with and without rare earth additions were studied by using TEM(with EDS). SEM(with EDS) and XRD, According to the experimental results, after the adding of the rare earth, the contentthe of W.Ti elements in the cobalt binder phase was increasd ; the lattice parameter and volume percentage of f. c. c-Co inthe cobalt binder phase were larger than those of nomal alloy. The results were used to eluidate the strengthening mechanismof rare earth on the cemented carbide....

利用配备能谱仪(EDS)的透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对添加稀土元素前后的YT14硬质合金的钴粘结相进行了研究.结果表明,微量稀土元素加入后,钴粘结相中W、Ti元素的固溶量提高;钴粘结相中f.c.c-Co相的点阵常数和所占的体积分数均较未加稀土的合金增大了.根据实验结果对稀土元素强化硬质合金的机理进行了探讨.
