The present paper aims to introduce the methods on how to understand and evaluate the effect of vibration caused by touchdown of heavy tampers. As we know, heavy tampers have many special advantages, such as the simple craftwork and low cost in enhancing the soft and mixed filling soils. However, it should never forget or ignore the strong vibrations caused by the touchdown of heavy tampers to the construction sites and the contiguity of the surrounding civilian buildings. It is for this purpose that prompts the author of this paper to use the method of seism to survey and evaluate the effect of vibration in this connection. In doing so, the author has introduced the transmission law of the vibration wave generated by heavy tampers. Simulating the practical testing data by means of the vibration rate formula, we have analyzed the mechanism of engendering seism vibration when measuring the controlling vibrations. In the frequency domain, the seism frequencies prove to be 7-30 Hz with its main frequencies being 15-20 Hz, which are higher than those of the common buildings. In addition, the results can be used to predict the touchdown vibration caused by heavy tampers.

为了认识和评估强夯振动效应,用地震监测方法对强夯施工重锤触地产生的地震振动、地震波的传播规律进行分析研究。根据实际地震监测结果,给出了重锤触地产生的地震振动速度公式V=0.129 1.64,在分析冲击振动产生机理的基础上提出了相应的振动控制措施。对强夯地震信号所做的频谱分析表明,重锤触地激发地震波的振动频率在7-30 Hz,主频在15-20 Hz的范围内,主频高于一般建筑物的固有频率。结果可供强夯施工及预测强夯地震振动强度做参考。

利用大型通用计算软件 MSC/NASTRAN 和 MSC/PATRAN,采用一个三维有限元模型对建筑物的固有频率和固有振型的计算和研究,并将计算结果与安徽省建筑设计院所提供的二维模型计算结果进行了比较。结果表明在分析中必须同时考虑柱、梁和楼板的物理特性和几何特性才能得到较好地模拟建筑物的动力学特性,同时发现考虑水平方向振动的各阶振型基本对应自由振动下的某一振型。采用二维模型进行分析时必须注意会失去某些方向的固有频率和固有振型。
