The results of treatment of waste rolling emulsion using ceramic microfiltration

陶瓷处理冷轧乳化液废水设备与国内进口的有机膜处理设备比较,二者处理效果基本相当,而进口有机膜设备价格约为国产陶瓷设备的4倍,进口有机膜处理设备的运行能耗为陶瓷膜的10倍以上,正常的设备维修和药剂费用也大大高于国产陶瓷膜设备,加之考虑设备使用寿命,处理每吨冷轧乳化液废水的综合成本是国产陶瓷膜设备的6倍左右。因此,采用陶瓷膜处理冷轧乳化液废水在我国具有较大的技术经济优势。

本文对氧化锆微滤膜处理冷轧乳化液废水的过程进行了研究 ,主要考察了强化传质及高频反冲对延迟膜的污染 ,降低操作能耗的影响 ;对膜污染层进行了微观分析 ,并对各种清洗剂的清洗效果进行了比较 ,得出了膜通量基本恢复的清洗方法 ,并且考察了清洗的重复性 ,确定了效果好且稳定的清洗方法 ,为工业化的进一步应用奠定了基础

A contratest has been taken between the methods of ultrafiltration and oxidation to harness the waste water of emulsion in the cold-rolling mill of Wuhan Iron & Steel Group Company.After comparing and analysing to the operation effects,the investment charges and the running costs,it has been concluded that the method of ultrafiltration is the best way to treat emulsion waste water.This test has some referential value in dealing with the waste water of emulsion in metallurgical industries.

对武钢冷轧乳化液废水采用超滤和氧化破乳法进行对比试验 ,从试验运行效果、投资费用、运行成本等方面进行了比较分析 ,得出处理冷轧乳化液废水的最佳方法超滤法。对冶金行业乳化液废水的处理具有一定的参考价值
