The new technique of X-ray microanalysis of diffusible elements in plant cells after rapid freezing,freeze-drying pressure-infiltration with ether and embedding in plastic is demonstrated to be very useful in plant cells,especially in the physiology theory research such as mineral nutrition and drought resistance,although it have been used much less in our country.This paper introduces the method by experiment with Populus,and demesteates that apart from movements of elements caused by ice crystal formation and collapse of eutectic structures,compared with other preparations,the method of vaccum-pressure infiltration of freeze-dried plant tissue with diethy ether and plastic after rapid freeze,freeze-drying followed by plastic embedding without chemical fixation considerably reduce the possibal dislocation of diffusible elements in plant cells during this preparation and is to be suitable for ion localization studies in plant material especially for the quantification of X-ray measurements in plant cells compartments like cell wall,cytoplasm,nucleus or plastid.

X射线微区分析在我国的植物学研究中应用较少.快速冷冻、冷冻干燥、真空渗透、塑料包埋的薄切片生物制备新技术被证明很适用于对植物细胞中可溶性离子进行X射线微区分析.这对于植物学,诸如矿质营养、生理及抗性等理论问题的研究有着很重要的意义.本文通过实验证明此法除了在冷冻干燥过程中可能会造成某些植物细胞中的液泡结构固缩或破坏以外,与其它生物制备技术相比,大大降低了植物细胞中可溶性离子在制备过程中的流失和移位,从而保证了对植物细胞特别是成熟组织细胞中可溶性离子进行X射线能谱亚细胞定位、定量分析的可靠性.

The biodegradation of PHB(poly (β hydroxybutyrate ))which were made by both chemical synthesis and fermentation ,respectively ,was studied using known microorganisms by plate culture method .Soil microbes which degrade PHB were identified and studied quantitatively .It was found that Pseudomonas spp.were the strongest microbe in degrading PHB ,and dominated the soil community of PHB degrading .generally,chemically synthesized PHB was more degradable by microbes than PHB made from fermentation.

Science and technology played a leading, demonstrating and technology-transferring role in this advancement, and develop itself during this period. Now with the application of new molecular biotechnology, like oligonucleotide-direceted mutagenesis, DNS shuffling, phage-displayed peptide library screening, bioinformatics, recombinant protein production technology, genedeletion, and extreme-microorganism cell factory technology, new products and process biomolecular engineering technology are emerging and changing the industry. The new products include gene modified feed crops, new antibiotics, probiotics, oral vaccines, molecular diagnosis kits, feed enzymes, biological engineering of chemical proess, et al. The paper also reviewed the international feed market condition and trend, China feed production and trade, and recent outstanding progress in feed research.
