Bragg angle (2θ) ranges from 25° to 120°.These spectrometers can be equipped on the Chinese DX-3 SEM and turn itinto a high grade EPMA-SEM. In this paper the geometric tolerances of the lineartype curved crystal fully focusing X-ray wavelength spectrometer have been calcu-lated. The preparation of analyzing crystals, fitting the spectrometer to a SEM,increasing peak intensity of diffraction lines, reduction of background and providinga coaxial optical microscope on the specimen chamber are discussed. The overall geo-metric accuracy and reproductibility of the spectrometer should be 1′and 6″respectively. In result, the performances are as follows: range of detectable ele-ments is from B~5 (Be~4) to U~(92). Wavelength resolving power Δλ/λ is 1~5×10~(-3) (Na~(11)~U~(92)) or 1~5×10(-2) (B~5~F~9), spectra of K_(α1), K(α2) of Cu, Fe, Ti; VK_(α1), VK_(α2) andTiK_β of Ti-6Al-4V alloy can be discriminated, and the limit of detectability is10~(-3)% (Na~(11)~U(~92)) to 10~(-2)% (B~5~F~9) order.

Czochralski growth of b-axis YAlO_3 single crystals doped with Nd or Nd+Cr is describ-ed. It is known that owing to the anisotropy of their structure (the anisotropy behaviorof thermal expansion) and phase instabilities at high temperature, the grown crystalstend to exhibit cracking, twinning and presence of scattering particles. Thus, temperature field distribution of low gas-liquid temperature difference has beenadopted. Consequently, the problem of cracking and twinning has been solved satisfacto-rily. Besides, especial attention has been paid to both the purification of raw materialsand the preservation of its purity during the preparation, and also to the deoxidization ofnitrogen atmosphere. Attributing to these the amount of iridium platelets and other scat-tering particles is greatly decreased. By means of the above techniques, a batch of the crystals with good laser quality havebeen grown.

This paper introduced the method of the preparation of the Shazh- uongdan standard and single crystal. The single crystals which are prepared in different solvents have been determined by using X-ray diffraction. The crystals belong to the space group C_2~5h-p~21/n. 本文介绍了杀虫单——一水合二甲基—氢代—2—(1,3—二磺酸单钠硫代丙基)铵[sodium ammoium dimethyl-2-(propano-1,3-dithiosul fate)monohydrate]标准品及单晶体的制备方法,并对不同溶剂体系培养制得的单晶体分别做了X射线单晶结构测定,晶体属空间群C_(2h)~5-P2_1/n,晶胞参数a=8.0972(9)A—8.122(2)A,b=16.262(4)A-16.273(7)A,C=10.370(3)A—10.378(3)A,β=94.26(2)°—94.27(5)°,V=1361.65A~3—1367.89A~3,Z=4。而且还对IR、H′—NMR、元素分析、差热等进行了分析研究。所得结果一致表明:一分子杀虫单含有一分子结品水。其分子中,氮原子俘获一个质子成为-NH~+正铵基团,一个分子的铵基正离子与另一个分子的硫代磺酸基负离子形成链状铵盐型化合物,钠离子呈无序分布。因此杀虫单的分子结构式应表示为:
