Phenotype determination and killer activity in vitro of murine intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) and splenic lymphocytes (SPL) were studied by using CD3、TCRαβ、TCRγδ、CD4、CD8monoclonal antibodies in order to explore the immune cellular effect in cold adaptation.
Cold-adapted strain 3l-Guang ( H3N2 ) was passaged 24 times in the allantoic cavity of chick embryo at lower temperature resulting in attenuation for man, but the migration rats of RNAs in PAGE were the same as those of its parental strain A/Sui/03/68 (H3N2). The mutations responsible for cold adaptation thus did not alter the electrophoretic mobility of the RNA segments concerned.
