            目的 探讨原发性无精及少弱精症患者与无精子因子 (AZF)微缺失的关系。 方法 检测未作特定限制的不育男性 1 0 2例及 1 0例正常男性的AZF基因 ,同时了解相关男性学病史、查体、精液特征和血清性激素水平。根据精液特征将患者分为无精症 6 1例、严重少精症 1 8例、少精症 1 1例和弱精症 1 2例 4组 ;根据是否合并其他男科疾病 ,将其中 79例无精或严重少精症患者分为原发性无精或严重少精症和非原发性无精或严重少精症者 2组。分别比较各组AZF基因缺失率。 结果 1 0 2例不育男性中检测出AZF基因缺失 8例 ,其中无精症 6例 ,严重少精症 2例 ;原发性无精或严重少精症者 6例 ,非原发性无精或严重少精症者 2例。其余少精、弱精及正常对照等各组均未见AZF缺失。 结论 AZF基因缺失检出率与患者分组有关 ;原发性无精或严重少精症患者是AZF基因异常的高危人群。
