本文介绍弧齿锥齿轮传动的CAD系统,该系统能自动完成弧齿锥齿轮传动的优化设计、切齿调整计算、接触分析、V-H分析计算、有限元法应力分析以及弧齿锥齿轮工作图的绘制。该系统将弧齿锥齿轮传动的计算机辅助设计(CAD)、辅助制造(CAM)、辅助检验(CAT)及辅助绘图(CAG)集为一体,为弧齿锥齿轮传动提供了一套全新的设计系统。通过在某航空弧齿锥齿轮传动设计中的应用,证实了本系统的有效性。

Abstract A method for calculating dynamic root stresses of helical gears is proposed,based on local mesh refinement approach of tooth root,analysis of dynamic behaviours of gear transmission system and 3 D FEM.In order to improve greatly the accuracy of computation,following factors are taken into consideration:simultaneous engagement of three pairs of teeth;influence of deformation of rims and webs of gears;influence of deformation of shafts and bearings;gear base pitch errors and tooth profile errors.The transient responses of dynamic root stresses are replaced by the root stresses under dynamic loads.In this case it is possible to avoid the complicated natural vibrational behaviours and dynamic response analyses of gear teeth.Experiments of the dynamic root stresses of the helical gears are carried out to verify the validity and reliability of the presented numerical method.The calculated results are in agreement with experimental ones.The calculations and the experiments show that the distributions of the dynamic root stresses of the helical gear teeth in meshing have basically three stress peaks.The maximum dynamic stress of the tooth root and stress fluctuations will increase with the increase of the rotational speed.As the input torque increases,the dynamic stresses of tooth root increase.But their dynamic stress factors have a decreasing tendency as the elastic deformation of the gear structure will increase with increasing the input torque.

依据航空弧齿锥齿轮的加工原理,建立了弧齿锥齿轮的切齿共轭方程;在考虑误差和支承刚性的条件下,对航空锥齿轮的接触特性进行了研究,并分析计算了误差及支承刚性对齿轮副的接触印痕和运动曲线的影响。结果表明:弧齿锥齿轮传动对沿主动轮轴向的偏移和轴间夹角的偏移比较敏感。研究问题的方法和所得的结论,为高性能航空锥齿轮传动的研制提供了手段和依据。

In this paper,a dynamic model of spiral bevel gear transmission has been established。Considering thetransmitting error as excitation of the system,the responses are calculated. Then.the influences of variouskinds of factors on dynamic loads, such as helix angle,supporting structue,tortional and axial stiffnessesof gear webs, amplitude of transmitting errer, number of gear teeth,are estimated. The calculation resultsshow that suitabele selection of optimal parameters and elaborate dynamic design will improve the dynamicbehaviour of spiral bevel gear transmissions.

航空弧齿锥齿轮往往在高速重载下工作,它的动态特性是齿轮设计和使用中非常重要的依据。作者计算了螺旋角、支承结构、齿轮辐板的扭转刚度和轴向刚度、传动误差幅值以及齿数对齿轮系统动态特性的影响。计算结果表明,恰当地调整参数,进行合理的动态设计,将显著改善齿轮系统的动态特性。
