That is the basement of the natural language's meaning (BNLM). So the Chinese and Western languages can be analyzed to develop the sentence's BNLM. The sentence's subject's thing (ST), object's thing (OT) and the ST pointing to the OT's meaning trend can be determined, a set of the number zero and one's form will be set up so that the computer should identify it. At last the identifying's process of the computer's meaning's recognizing is proposed and the BNLM's understanding of the model's natural language's meaning is set up.

针对计算机自然语言-语意理解和语意理解中的语意歧义问题,提出了一种新的方法———性质语意,和对中西文进行性质语意的认知模型分析,确定出句子中的主体、客体以及主体对客体的语意指向,建立起一个由数字01构成的形式化字符串,以便计算机的识别。并提出了计算机的语意识别过程,建立起性质语意下的语意理解模型。

It is difficult to realize the communication between man and computer by the way of direct human languages. The key difficulty is the identification of voice and meanings. It is necessary to simplify and digitize the human languages to reduce the number of phoneme and simplify the grammar, making it to be a new language that both man and computer can understand. This thesis probes the digitization of languages and brings forward a scheme of rhythmized language based on the phoneticized language--English.

人机之间对话直接采用人类的语言作为媒介硬件难以实现,关键问题是语音的分辨和语意的识别。必须对人类的语言进行简化和数字化,减少音素个数,简化词法和句法,使之成为人类和计算机能共同接受的一种新型语言。本文进行了语言数字化的探索,提出了一种基于采用拼音文字的英语的韵律化语言(音乐语言)方案。
