This paper presents the construction the intelligence calibration system of analog measuring instru-

介绍基于计算机视觉技术和程控标准信号源的智能型指针式仪表识别系统构成,并研究了刻度线和指针的识别实现方法,提出了新的距离判别法。实验表明距离判别法更具合理性并能达到系统精度要求,识别结果表明优于人工识别。

A method of automatic indication recognition for a point meter by image processing is presented. The principle and step of the automatic indication recognition meter are described. Image analysis and recognition algorithms, such as threshold iterative gray level transformation and Hough transformation, edge-detect, and the template matching method, are used to take out the information of the point meter.

根据仪表的结构特点,提出了复杂的指针式仪表的识别方法。对实现其功能的主要方法做了介绍,如阈值迭代二值化、边界跟踪、Hough变换的目标信息的提取、模板匹配。

Acquiring the dynamic parameters of instruments based on computer vision is a new method that can improe the automation level of the industry-process greatly. The image subtracting method and the point to arc projection extremum algorithm can derive the pointer and scale marks quickly, and separate the long and short graduation line. Comparing with the traditional Hough transform, this method can optimize the recognition process of the pointer and graduation line greatly.

计算机视觉识别是一种获取仪表动态参数的通用新方法,可以显著提高工业生产的自动化程度。系统地介绍了指针式仪表识别中的优化方法,提取图像粒子目标的长度比、紧密性和简单度三个特征不变量作为分类表盘的基本元素;基于差分图像确定投影原点的点弧线投影极值新算法,可快速获取仪表指针和分度线参数,且能区分分度线长短。与传统的Hough变换检测仪表示数的方法相比,提出的算法大大优化了仪表的计算机自动判读过程。
