Flavonoid content in mulberry leaves from 20 species is deteminded by spectrophotometic method using rutin as standard sample.Flavonoid content in spring leaves varies from 11.71 to 26.61 mg/g according to species and from 9.84 to 29.60 mg/g in autumn leaves.The flavonoid extract rate with three different sample pretreatments is stuied.The fresh leaves have the highest flavonoid content.Flavonoid extract rate is over 95% using hot water and 30% alcohol as solvent respectively.Flavonoid ingredients are distinguished and detemined with HPLC.The results show that mulberry leaves contain four flavonoids,two of which are rutin and quercetin.

以芦丁为标样,用分光光度法分析了20个不同桑品种春秋叶的黄酮类化合物总量,不同品种桑叶中,春叶黄酮含量为11.71~26.61mg/g,秋叶为9.84~29.60mg/g.鲜叶直接测定,风干和烘干3种预处理比较,鲜叶黄酮含量最高.热水、30%乙醇水溶液经半小时回流,提取率大于95%.用高效液相色谱法测定了桑叶黄酮类化合物的组成,结果表明,桑叶中至少含有4种黄酮化合物,其中2种分别为芦丁和槲皮素

The scavenging superoxide free radical effects of mulberry leaves, mulberry tender shoot,mulberry branch,mulberry bark and silkworm dung were studied by nitro blue tetrazolium(NBT) photo reduction. The results showed that these flavonoids aqeious extracts had strong scavenging effect on superoxide free radical. The scavenging effect had relation to the content of the flavonoids. The scavenging superoxide free radical effects of mulberry leaves, mulberry tender shoot,mulberry branch,mulberry bark and silkworm dung were studied by nitro blue tetrazolium(NBT) photo reduction. The results showed that these flavonoids aqeious extracts had strong scavenging effect on superoxide free radical. The scavenging effect had relation to the content of the flavonoids. When the concentration of flavonoids extracted from mulberry tender shoot,mulberry branch and mulberry bark were 5 μg·mL -1 ,scavenging rate were 68.5%,83.1%,56.8% respecttively. Their scavenging effect are much stronger than rutin and ascorbic acid. When the concentration of flavonoid extractted from mulberry leaves was 5 μg·mL -1 its scavenging rate was 47.2%. Its scavenging effect was much stronger than ascorbic acid. When the concentreation of flavonoids extracted from silkworm dung was 6 μg·mL -1 ,it had strong scavenging effect. The artical also discussed the mechanism of the scavenging superoxide free rsdical effect with mulberry flavonids.

用氮蓝四唑(NBT)光化还原法,对从桑叶、桑嫩芽、桑枝、桑皮、蚕沙中提取的黄酮类化合物清除超氧离子自由基O·2的效果进行了测定.结果表明,这类化合物有较强的清除作用,在浓度为5μg·mL-1时,从桑嫩叶、桑枝、桑皮中提取的这类化合物其清除率分别为68.5%、83.1%、56.8%,其清除作用比芸香甙(芦丁)、抗坏血酸强.桑叶黄酮类化合物的清除率为47.2%,比抗坏血酸强.蚕沙中提取的黄酮类化合物在浓度为6μg·mL-1时也有很强的清除作用.作者在文末讨论了桑树黄酮类化合物清除O·2的机理.

Study on the extracting method of mulberry flavonoids, by selecting different solvent water or 70 percentage alcohol and selecting mulberry being disposed of micro-wave or not micro-wave. The results showed that mulberry being diposed of micro-wave for ten minutes and selecting to 70% alcohol as solvent, was the highst extrating rate in the research.

研究桑叶黄酮类化合物提取方法。选择水或70%乙醇溶剂,微波处理或非微波处理桑叶的各种方法提 取桑叶总黄酮。研究结果表明经微波处理10min桑叶,以70%乙醇作溶剂提取桑叶总黄酮的浸出率最高。
