Based on the producing history of more than 20 years in Banqiao condensate gas reservoir,the production properties of the Ban Ⅱ high liquid hydrocarbon condensate gas reservoir in the center area of the reservoir are expounded.Then,by use of the modern reservoir engineering principles and analysis methods and in combination with the new methods,new techniques and new trend of producing the condensate gas reservoirs at home and abroad,the production properties of condensate gas reservoirs are analyzed and discussed in detail and six production properties of the high liquid hydrocarbon condensate gas reservoirs with oil rims are systematically summarized as follows:①condensate content increases with the increase of the buried depth of structure,being inversely proportional to recovery factor;②the heavy components are firstly lost from condensate in the process of pressure drop production;③the influence of the oil rim and edge water on the productivity of condensate gas well reduces with the reduction of pressure;④depletion type production causes the condensate and crude oil to be lost considerably;⑤oil rim production is of a good effect because of gas cap drive;and ⑥ gas reservoir phase state feature contracts regularly in the process of depletion type development.It is proved through practice that the conclusion is correct and reliable,which provides a feasible on site operation experience for producing the condensate gas reservoirs in China. 文章以板桥凝析气藏20 多年的开采经历为依据,论述了该气藏中区板Ⅱ高液烃含量凝析气藏的开采特点,并采用现代油气藏工程原理和分析方法,结合目前国内外凝析气藏开采的新方法、新技术和新趋势,详细分析论述了凝析气藏的开采特征,系统总结了带油环高液烃含量凝析气藏6 大开采特征:①凝析油含量随构造深度增加而增加,与采收率成反比;②在降压开采过程中凝析油首先损失的是重质组分;③凝析气井生产能力受油环边水影响,随压力降低而降低;④枯竭式开采造成了凝析油、原油大量损失;⑤利用气顶驱油,油环开采效果好;⑥枯竭式开发过程中,气藏相态特征有规律地收缩。实践证明,该结论真实可靠,为国内凝析气藏的开采提供了切实可行的现场操作经验。 Majing gas field is a new gas field.It is found at the end of 1997.It has drilled 15 wells.Industrial gas stream is obtained in 12 wells In the gas field,Mapeng well 3 and Mapeng well 7 produce water,Chuanma well 601 and Mapeng well 2 produce a few condensate,Chuanma well 602 produce a few water and condensate.On the basis of production features and distribution distinguishing features of reservoirs in the gas field,the paper proposes out well position distribution during exploration,introduces reservoir protection...
