It is necessary to transform the ideology of public security law education, attach importance to the education of mulitple values of the law, adjust the structure of the law knowledge and reset the educational goals of the public security law education and reform the way the qualified personnel are cultivated.

我国传统的公安法学教育是在职权主义诉讼理念基础上展开的,偏重于法的适用中的工具主义,已经不适应21世纪我国依法治国的进程和现代警察执法的国际趋势,必须调整公安法学教育理念,重视法的多重价值认识与教育,调整法学知识结构,重新界定公安法学的教育目标并改革人才培养方式。
