Based on the studies of reaction mechanism of the formation of isobutylene andisoamylene from heavy hydrocarbons, Deep Catalytic Cracking Type Ⅱ (DCC-Ⅱ) technology for maximumisobutylene and isoamylene production was developed and commercially applied in Jinan Refinery. Based on the studies of reaction mechanism of the formation of isobutylene andisoamylene from heavy hydrocarbons, Deep Catalytic Cracking Type Ⅱ (DCC-Ⅱ) technology for maximumisobutylene and isoamylene production was developed and commercially applied in Jinan Refinery. Two operation modes were used in the 150 kt/yr DCC unit, maximum isoolefins with naphtha and maximumisoolefins with propylene;the commercial results showed that 12.52 wt% of propylene, 4. 57 wt% ofisobutylene, 5. 78 wt% of isoamylene and 40. 98 wt% of naphtha were obtained from the former, and theyield of propylene, isobutylene, isoamylene and naphtha was 14.43 wt%, 4.75 wt%, 5.93 wt% and38. 45 wt% respectively from the latter. DCC (Ⅱ) naphtha that produced from both operation modes exhibited high octane number and excellent stability. DCC (Ⅱ) technology develops a new route for producing isoolefins as well as high octane naphtha.

通过对异丁烯和异成烯生成机理的研究,开发出大量生产异丁烯和异成烯,同时还有较高收率的丙烯和高辛烷值汽油的Ⅱ型催化裂解技术,并在济南炼油厂15万t/a催化裂解装置上进行了首次工业试验。工业试验结果表明,以临商蜡油掺脱沥青油为原料,在最大异构烯烃兼顾汽油操作模式下,可以得到12.52w%的丙烯、4.57w%的异丁烯、5.78w%的异戊烯和40.98w%的汽油;在最大异构烯烃兼顾丙烯操作模式下,可以得到14.43w%的丙烯、4.75w%的异丁烯、5.93w%的异戊烯和38.45w%的汽油。Ⅱ型催化裂解汽油的辛烷值高、安定性好。Ⅱ型催化裂解技术发展一条既生产异构烯烃又生产高辛烷值汽油的新途径。

The I-type non-caustic thiol removal unit was revamped by using the Ⅱ-type non-caustic process in Jingmen General Petrochemical Works for treating FCC gasoline. The catalytic aromatization reactions of Deep Catalytic Cracking (DCC) naphtha over shape selective zeolite catalysts were carried out in a fixed-fluidized bed reactor, which simulates continuous reaction-regeneration circulating operation with a fluidized bed reactor. The effects of the catalysts and the operating conditions on the catalytic aromatization were investigated, and the reaction mechanism and the prospects for commercial application were approached. The aromatics content of DCC naphtha can be increased to 81.46wt% from the original 42.49wt% at a reaction temperature of 580 ℃, a WHSV of 2.5 h -1 , a catalyst to feed weight ratio of 10 and a steam to feed weight ratio of 0.25 under atmospheric pressure.

采用择形沸石催化剂和固定流化床反应装置模拟催化剂流化输送的流化床连续反应-再生循环过程,进行了催化裂解汽油催化芳构化反应。考察了催化剂及各种操作条件对芳构化反应的影响,并对催化芳构化的反应机理和工业应用前景进行了初步探讨。结果表明,在反应温度580℃、常压、进料质量空速2.5 h- 1 、剂油质量比10 和水油质量比0.25 的条件下,催化裂解汽油的芳烃质量分数可以从42.49% 提高到81.46%
