The melt method of makings, the mathematic experience coefficient rectication method , the X-ray fluorescence spectrum analytical method of TFe CaO SiO MnO AL_2O_3 MgO P in Fe ore that were determined from it can be applied in all types of Fe ore (raw ore, concentrate, sintered ore, pellet etc) , and these methods can use the same work curve. The analytical error accords with the demand of daily production .
In recent years, a lot of energy-saving measures have been taken in some foreign sintering works, each energy consumption index having being greatly decreased, such as advanced consumption of solid fuel, ignition fuel,power and their sum (process energy consumption)per ton sinter ore lowered to 35.7kg,9.7MJ, 19.8kWh and 1100MJ respectively.
