The Nei's D between Gammatricula songi and Oncomelania, Gammatricula songi and Tricula, Tricula and Oncomelania were 0.78、1.05、1.40 respectively. Allozyme analytic date demonstrate that the 3 genera are colsely related, and the relationship between Gammatricula songi and Oncomelania is closer. It is suggested that Gammatricula songi perhaps is the snail host of Schistosomiasis(including animal schistosoma) and it probably also can transmit Paragonimiasis.

为探讨宋氏r拟钉螺在传病上的意义,采用微量平面淀粉胶电脉法检测了采自浙江、四川两省的宋氏r拟钉螺、拟钉螺及钉螺共5个螺群的21种等位基因酶谱,并进行数值分类学处理,从分子生物学水平揭示3螺类的亲缘关系。结果共得到24个位点,67个等位基因;宋氏r拟钉螺与钉螺的Nei氏遗传距离(Nei′sD)为0.78;宋氏r拟钉螺与拟钉螺的Nei′sD为1.05;钉螺与拟钉螺的Nei′sD为1.40。显示三者有较近的亲缘关系,宋氏r拟钉螺与钉螺的关系更密切,提示宋氏r拟钉螺有可能为血吸虫(包括动物血吸虫)的螺类宿主,且不排除有传播并殖吸虫的可能

目的:探讨γ拟钉螺分类演化的遗传学基础。方法:用微量平面淀粉胶电泳法,检测浙江省开化及淳安县6个螺群宋氏γ拟钉螺和1个螺群中国γ拟钉螺的24种等位基因酶谱。结果:共测得29个位点,宋氏γ拟钉螺多态位点所占比例为6.9%-13.8%;中国γ拟钉螺全部为单态位点。宋氏γ拟钉螺的种内Nei氏遗传距离(Nei'sD)小于0.12;但宋氏γ拟钉螺与中国γ拟钉螺两者种间Nei'sD为0.73。结论:在等位基因水平显示γ拟钉螺种内变异不明显,种间差异显著。

目的:研究浙江省周期型马来丝虫等位基因酶谱。方法:用微量平面淀粉凝胶电泳法,检测浙江省周期型马来丝虫成虫180 条(雌60,雄120),微丝蚴0.4 m l(约32 000 条)及感染期幼虫约1 500条的Acph 等14 种酶的同工酶的等位基因酶谱。结果:浙江省周期型马来丝虫的3 个生活期虫体呈现13 种酶的同工酶的27个等位基因位点,多数位点为纯合子型,仅2 个位点(MPI,MDH-2)为杂合子型(占7.4% )。成虫、微丝蚴及感染期幼虫分别呈现16、16 及9 个等位基因位点。同时用相同的方法对实验室传代的周期型马来丝虫等位基因酶谱进行比较检测。结论:浙江省与实验室传代的周期型马来丝虫的同工酶等位基因酶谱基本相似
