本文比较系统和全面地阐述了我国饲养繁殖大熊猫的历史和现状,介绍了我国在2000多年前曾围养大熊猫。1938~1945年短期饲养大熊猫,1953年起,特别70~80年代初期,将野外救护治愈的病、饿大熊猫分配到全国大、中城市动物园饲养展出,已有32个动物园和7个自然保护区饲养过大熊猫200余只,至今仍饲养的有100只左右。至1990年底,我国有8家动物园和1个自然保护区繁殖大熊猫65胎,产仔97只,幼仔成活半岁的36只,但存活到1~3岁的仅6只,3岁以上的13只,计19只。1963年北京动物园首次繁殖大熊猫成功,1978年用大熊猫鲜精人工输精受孕产仔,1980年成都动物园使用大熊猫冷冻精液人工输精获得后代,1990年创1胎2仔双双成活的世界奇迹。虽然大熊猫的保护、饲养、繁殖及疾病防治等已作大量研究,但有关部门和各方面的专家尚需进行广泛合作,中国大熊猫繁育技术委员会将发挥积极作用。

With a view to provide a bet-ter habitat environment for giant panda,and properly deal with the relations between nature protectionand community development,a dual management system has been adopted by Wolong Nature Reservein 1980s,jointly run by the central and local authorities,A lot of measures for protectiong and improv-ing giant pandas’living environment...

Wolong Nature Reserve,known as the home of giant panda,is China’s first nature reserveat national level with the widest area mainly for giant panda protection. With a view to provide a bet-ter habitat environment for giant panda,and properly deal with the relations between nature protectionand community development,a dual management system has been adopted by Wolong Nature Reservein 1980s,jointly run by the central and local authorities,A lot of measures for protectiong and improv-ing giant pandas’living environment have been taken bv the administrative bureau of the nature re-serve,the community authority and the local people.SimuItaneously,some attempts for improving thelocal residents’production and living environment have been adopted,and some effects have alreadybeen obtained.This paper,taking Wolong Nature Reserve as an example,through detailed investiga-tion and study,has put forward some effective ways for the protection of natural environment in naturereserves,and for the sustainable development of the local community’s economy.

被誉为“大熊猫之乡”的卧龙自然保护区是我国第一个、也是中国面积最大的以大熊猫保护为主的国家级自然保护区。为将这一地区建成世界上最好的大熊猫栖息。繁衍场所,并妥善处理好保护区内居民生产、生活,该地区在80年代就实行了中央政府与地方政府共同负责管理和协调工作的双重管理体制。保护区管理局和所在社区政府和居民在保护和改善大熊猫的生境上做了大量工作;同时又在改善当地社区居民的生产、生活环境方面做了尝试,取得了一定的效果。本文以卧龙自然保护区为例,通过深入详细地调查研究,提出在自然保护区内如何协调自然保护与加速社区发展的途径。

The report gives an account of the field work on the giant panda population in Yele natural reserve of the Mianning county in Xiangling mountains from 1994~1995.With droppings as indirect indication the authors used the sampling line method, the inverse line transect method and the traditional method to survey the density of giant panda population. A comparison was made between the new way for investigation and the earlier ones. The field work resulted in the discovery of the approximate number of giant panda...

The report gives an account of the field work on the giant panda population in Yele natural reserve of the Mianning county in Xiangling mountains from 1994~1995.With droppings as indirect indication the authors used the sampling line method, the inverse line transect method and the traditional method to survey the density of giant panda population. A comparison was made between the new way for investigation and the earlier ones. The field work resulted in the discovery of the approximate number of giant panda in the natural reserve.The density was 0.0325 ind./km 2 .Some countermeasures to protect the giant panda on the basis of local actual situation were put forward.

1994 ~1995 年对相岭山系的冕宁冶勒自然保护区大熊猫种群进行了野外生态研究,以粪团作为间接指标,使用样带法、逆向截线法和传统的方法,对大熊猫种群密度进行了研究,并比较了各种方法的优缺点。结果表明:保护区内大熊猫的种群密度为0 .032 5 只/km 2 。并结合当地的实际情况对大熊猫的保护提出了切实可行的对策。
