Calculation results show that the flow passage lacking a throat section wasn't designed quite reasonable, in the sense of the word, which is the main source of the valve system's excessive loss. Another one is the filter's flow passage area, which is too small. By proper reconstructing the valve system, it should be possible to reduce the set's heat consumption with noticeable economic merits. Figs 4 and tables 3.
