The method can not only ensure the safety of taking off and landing of planes on the platform, but also enlarge the range of the environmental conditions for planes. 航母运动姿态极短期预报对飞机安全起降是十分重要的,基于对飞机起降安全的考虑,本文提出了一种新的预报方法——艏前波法。显著地增加了有效预报时间。在以往航母运动姿态极短期预报方法中,大都是根据航母运动姿态的历史数据来建模,预报都未用到有关海浪的信息。艏前波法是基于建模理论而提出来的,既用到航母的历史的观测数据,又用到波的有关信息。本方法使用简单,不仅可以保证飞机在航母甲板上安全起降,而且可以提高飞机活动的极限环境条件。 The paper presents a study of the prevailing problem associated with noise pollution because of the close proximity of city development to the Kai Tak Airport.The co-existence of the heavily used commercial airport and the rapid expansion of the inner city renders a huge number of residences and community facilities such as schools and hospitals to be severally impacted by the taking-off and landing of commercial jet-planes at the Kai Tak.
