This conclusion indicated that the No.150、33、188、76、109、171 are the better single ones of the hybrids. This result can be used for next studies in this field.

叶用型沙棘生长适应性和抗逆性相对较强,选育出的优良品种具有枝叶繁茂、生物产量高、棘刺少等特点。本研究对沙棘杂交子代的一系列形态指标进行了调查、统计、分析,并对当年生枝条数、单株鲜叶量进行了估算,然后以当年生枝棘刺密度、鲜叶量作为叶用型沙棘表型选择的指标评选优株。结果表明:杂交子代的表现明显优于其亲本,其中,当年生枝平均棘刺密度比父本低80.75%;鲜叶重均值比母本高193.84%、比父本高8.33%;通过选优排序,选出150、33、188、76、109、171为优良单株,可作为下一步研究的育种材料。

以内蒙古水利科学研究院坝口子水土保持植物开发中心的俄罗斯沙棘品种与中国沙棘优良类型互为父母本的杂交子代为研究对象,在目测选优的基础上对10个组合24个杂交子代,通过百果重、棘刺密度、果柄长度3个主要经济性状的综合评价,从中选育出13个优良杂交子代,包括两个优良类型。大果类型:百果重在30g以上,少刺类型:棘刺密度在1.5个/10 cm以下。同时就适应性指标——保存率等性状也进行调查统计分析,为果用型沙棘优良品种的进一步选育提供材料及参考依据。
