The content of organic pollutants in the waste gas was analyzed by a gas chromatography with a wide bore capillary column(DB-5,30m×0 53mm×0 15μm)fore and aft purified. The concentrations of acetaldehyde change between 2000~30000mg/m 3 which was 10~250 times higher than permitted discharge level of a new pollution source(GB 16297). After proper treatment of the waste gas, national emission standards can be met. The method can be used for the monitoring and control of polyester waste gas.

对聚酯装置工艺废气的形成、稳定性、采样方法及其浓度变化等进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,经冷的乙二醇吸收后排放出的聚酯废气化学性质稳定 ,可采用聚四氟乙烯袋直接采样 ,采用 DB- 5大口径石英毛细管柱气相色谱法分析废气净化前后的有机污染物含量 ,净化前乙醛浓度变化范围在 2 0 0 0~ 30 0 0 0 mg/ m3之间 ,超出 GB16 2 97新污染源大气污染物排放限值 (12 5 mg/ m3 )10~ 2 5 0倍 ,经处理后可达到国家排放标准 ;本方法可用于聚酯装置废气的监控。

A catalytic combustion co-process was applied to treat PET polyester waste gas at commercial device. The results show that the process can effectively convert VOC in polyester production waste gas. The total hydrocarbons (THC) of cleaned gas is 6.0~161.5 μL/L, aldehyde is below 45 μL/L, and the cleaned tail gas meets the national emission standards.

在工业装置上进行了聚酯废气的催化燃烧治理试验。结果表明,应用吸收及总烃浓度均化-催化燃烧工艺能够连续平稳处理聚酯生产废气,处理后气体中的总烃浓度为6.0~161.5μL/L、乙醛浓度低于45μL/L,均符合国家排放标准。
