Through simulations and experiments on the platform of 6000V/1250kW three-level NPC inverter based on IGCT,the influence of the minimum pulse width on the dynamic and static characteristics of drive systems is estimated in the paper. The improvement on the conventional algorithm originally in allusion to the single switch is accomplished,as guarantees the proper minimum pulse width and switching intervals among different switches simultaneously. And the relationship among minimum pulse widths,starting performance, steady current and torque distortion are analyzed. Simulation and experiments validates of the corresponding analysis.

最小脉宽,即单个开关器件的最小导通和关断时间,在高压大容量变频调速系统运行过程中至关重要。本文通过仿真和基于IGCT的1.25MW/6000V三电平变频器上进行试验,对最小脉宽对大容量变频调速系统起动和稳态运行的影响进行了较为全面的评估,并在此基础上提出了相间最小脉宽的概念,既保证了单管最小脉宽,又在开关动作之间留有适当间隙。最后分析了最小脉宽与起动电流、稳态电流以及转矩脉动之间的关系,对大容量变频调速系统的安全运行有十分重要的指导意义。仿真和试验均验证了上述分析的正确性。

The charging transient of DC reactor slows the rising rate of line current, and the leakage reactance of the series-coupling transformer and loss of SCR bridge affect the generator load angle and excitation voltage. The smaller the ratio of DC inductance and the system tie-impedance is, the slighter the starting transient impact is, and the lower the coupling transformer leakage reactance, the smaller the influence on the steady state operation. With the designed current-limiting DC inductance, SSFCL has no obvious influence on system operation, and with low leakage reactance coupling transformer or bypass AC inductance, that influence can be even much smaller. All those are confirmed by analysis and simulation.

详细分析了新型固态限流器对单机-无穷大系统启动暂态过程和稳态运行的影响,得出以下结论:启动过程中限流器直流电感的充磁使线路电流上升减慢;耦合变压器漏抗和桥路损耗等影响发电机功角和励磁电压;直流限流电感(电抗)与单机-无穷大系统联线阻抗之比越小,其启动充磁对系统的影响越小;耦合变压器漏抗越低,对系统稳态运行影响越小。分析和仿真均验证了直流电感按限流要求设计时,固态限流器对系统的运行没有明显影响,若采用低漏抗耦合变压器或带旁路电感则可进一步降低这种影响。

Firstly, the types and characteristics of the common ground electrode used in HVDC system are analyzed in this paper. The effect of the common ground electrode to the HVDC transmission system and the environment are researched by modeling the common ground electrode with two High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) transmission systems and analyzing the voltage variation (rise or down) of the neutral bus in converter station. Even more, the stability of the DC system is analyzed. Combining to the parameters of the Yunnan-Guangdong (YG) Ultra HVDC transmission system and Guizhou-Guangdong (GG) II HVDC transmission system, a detailed analysis of the effect of the common ground electrode to the DC transmission system is given. In addition, a comparison of the environment effect of the independent ground electrode and the common ground electrode to the DC system is presented in this paper, too. In the end, solving methods and suggestions to the corresponding negative effect are presented in this paper.

为分析共用接地极后两直流系统受端换流站中性母线电位升的变化情况,进而研究共用接地极对直流系统稳态运行的影响,首先讨论了直流输电系统共用接地极的型式和共用接地极的特点,建立了两回直流系统共用接地极的数学模型,并结合云广特高压直流输电与贵广II回直流输电系统参数,研究分析不同运行方式下该两回直流输电系统共用接地极对直流系统运行影响大小,以及与独立接地极相比共用接地极不同运行方式对环境的影响大小,最后对共用接地极对环境的影响以及公用接地极对直流系统运行的影响方面的问题提出了解决措施。
