Results: The medical Kriging mapping was obtained, and spatial distribution of disease was quantitated by this mapping. Conclusion: Kriging mapping, can not only quantitate the spatial distribution of disease, but also help to explain geographic epidemiology mechanisms of disease and to institute regional regionalized preventive measures.

目的 :探讨“克立格”法及其在医学地图中的应用价值。方法 :在疾病空间相关 自相关假设下 ,定义疾病空间化变量 ,提出疾病空间变量的二阶平稳性假设 ,构造疾病空间变异函数模型 ,建立“克立格”空间估计方程组 ,实现“克立格”定量医学地图的计算机绘图自动化。结果 :获得“克立格”医学地图 ,定量分析HFRS空间分布特点。结论 :该方法可以准确定量刻画疾病空间分布特点 ,有利于解释疾病的地理流行病学机制和制定区域防治措施。
