研究了一种以金为催化剂,以铁氰化钾与EDTA之间的配位体取代反应为指示反应,以邻菲罗啉为活化剂的新的动力学催化法。此法用氰电极监测反应中释放出来的氰化物,其量与5×10-9~4×10-6mol/L范围内的金的浓度成正比。方法的选择性较高,Sb3+、Mo(Ⅵ)、Cu2+、Co2+、Ni2+、Cd2+、Fe3+、Cr(Ⅲ)、NO3、Cl-等25种离子不干扰测定,主要干扰离子有Pt4+、Ag+、Hg2+、Pd2+、Te(Ⅳ)、Tl+等,采用TBPPTFE柱反相萃取色层法分离。在本法确定的最佳实验条件下,可用于矿石及各种复杂物料中痕量金的测定。

利用苯酚在酸性条件下能减慢I- 对Ce4 + 和AsO33- 反应的催化速度的特性,采用动力学催化法测定微量苯酚.在H2SO4 和NaCl 存在下,加入醋酸马钱子碱终止Ce4+ 和AsO33- 的反应,通过测定马钱子碱和Ce4 + 配合物的吸光度来测得苯酚的含量.该方法测定的的线性范围是0 .020 ~0 .700 mgL,r= 0 .992 ,样品平均回收率是99 .2 % ,表观摩尔吸光系数为8 .3 ×104L(mol·cm) .
