The intension of mercury pollution in muscle, liver, scale and gill of Cyprinus carpio or Ctenopharyngodon idellus were as follows: Seale>muscle>liver>gill. The mercury Level of liver, scale and gill in Cyprinus carpio was strongly correlated with that of muscle statistically. However, this correlation in Ctenopharyngodon idellus was not significant. The mercury content of scale was 3—5 times as much as that of muscle. Therefore, it is proposed that the scale can be used as a sample in mercury pollution supervision on environment protection and fish inspection. In addition, the mercury content in varied age groups of fish which were collected from same water-system has showed that the accumulation of mercury in muscle is increased as the fish aged. Difference of the mercury content among 3 species of fish which were same age and collected from same water-system indicated that the mercury levels in Cyprinus carpio and Hypophthalmichthys molitrix were greater than that of Ctenopharngodon dellus. But the difference between Cyprinus carpio and Hypophthalmichthys molitrix was not significant statistically.

本实验采用随机抽样法,从长春市农贸市场采取鲤鱼80尾、鲢鱼80尾,草鱼59尾,然后取其背部肌肉,部分草鱼、鲤鱼还采取肝脏、鳃和鳞片,用原子吸收光谱法对其汞含量进行了测定。其中,鲤鱼肌肉汞含量均值为58.30 PPb(13~153 PPb),鲢鱼为67.32 PPb(22.5~164PPb),草鱼为41.49 PPb(10~94.5PPb),均未超过国家规定的食品卫生标准(0.3 PPm)。分析了草鱼,鲤鱼肌肉、肝脏、鳃、鳞片汞的含量,结果,鳞片汞>肌汞>肝汞>鳃汞,经统计学相关分析,鲤鱼的肝脏、鳃和鳞片汞含量均与肌汞含量有极显著相关关系,而草鱼的上述诸器官与肌汞的相关不显著。鳞片汞约为肌肉汞的3~5倍。从而提示,在环保、鱼类水产食品的汞监测中可采取鳞片作为检样。对同一水域不同年龄鱼体汞含量的分析结果表明,鱼体汞的富集随着年龄的增长而增加。在对同一水域同龄的不同鱼种间汞含量的比较后发现。鲢鱼肌汞与鲤鱼肌汞均高于草鱼肌汞,而鲢鱼与鲤鱼汞之间差异不显著。

The feeding experience shows that the growing speed, survival rate, average weight and yield in D group with supplemental trace elements are the best. Analysis during the experiment indicates that the contents of the 7 trace elements in the experiment dond water are significantly higher than that of others (P<0.05); the contents of the 7 trace elements in carp liver of D group is also higher than that of C group in the late period of the experiment (P<0.05). It is concluded that supplemental trace elements in fish feed not only promote fish growth but also increase the contents of trace elements in the water and fish body.

在测定洞庭湖区自然与人工养殖鱼肝脏,肌肉中7种微量元素含量的基础上,研制了鱼用饵料中的微量元素配方.经养殖试验表明.饵料中添加了微量元素的D组,鱼的生长速度、成活率,尾均重.总重明显优于其它组.此外.测定了试验中、后期池水和鱼肝及肌肉中的微量元素含量,经t检验表明,D组水样中7种微量元素含量明显高于其它组(P<0.05);试验后期鲤鱼肝脏中7种微量元素的含量,D组明显高于C组(P>0.05).由此说明,在洞庭湖区,鱼饵料中补充适宜的微量元素,不但能促进鱼的生长,而且可提高水体及鱼体内微量元素的含量.

EC50 values of 14 nitroaromatic compounds to the enzymic activity of catalase of carp liver were measured in vitro.The quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) studies were carried out with the-logEC50 values of 14 nitroaromatic compounds to the enzymic activity of catalase using the indicator variable I,the sum of substituent constant Σσ-, the first-order valence molecular connectivity index 1Xv, the molecular shape index 1Ka, the energy of lowest unoccupied orbital ELUMO and the octanol/water partition coefficients logP as variables.The results showed that the 1Ka and Σσ- were closely correlated with toxicity of nitroaromatic compounds. Successful QSARs were developed with correlation coefficients of r 0. 867 and 0. 939, for 14 nitroaromatic compounds based on EC50 values of catalase activities of carp liver.

在离体实验条件下,测定了14种硝基芳烃化合物对鲤鱼肝脏过氧化氢酶的半抑制浓度EC50值。根据-lgEC50值,以一阶价分子连接性指数1Xv、取代基常数总和Σσ-、指示变量I、分子分支指数1Ka、分子最低空轨道能ELUMO及辛醇-水分配系数lgP为参数,进行定量结构活性相关性研究。结果表明,硝基芳烃的毒性和1Ka、Σσ-两多数密切相关。在上述基础上,成功地建立了14种硝基芳烃的构效关系,其相关系数r分别为0.867和0.939。
