The sensitive enzyme in mixed function oxidase(MFO) is 7-ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase (EROD).It is used for the research of ecotoxicology as biomarker.Using benzo(a)pyrene as positive control,EROD induction of nine nitrobenzenes is investigated in carp hepatic microsomal system in-vitro.
