The process of extruding deformation and hot spinning on spray casting barrel blanks of hot resistant powder aluminum alloy has been introduced.The process parameters of spinning tube of hot resistant powder are investigated.When hot spinning at 350~450℃,with the thinckness reduction of 20 percent each pass,the total spinning thinckness reduction is 50 percent every annealing.The temperature of annealing is 350℃.The process of spinning with small thickness reduction and multipass deformation are adopted.The spinning deformation is stabilite.The spray casting coarse structure of blanks becomes to finer and more compact after spun.

介绍了喷射沉积耐热铝合金管坯经挤压变形 ,变薄旋压筒体的研制过程 ;重点论述了热旋成形筒体的工艺路线。试验探讨了耐热铝合金的旋压温度为 35 0~ 45 0℃ ,道次变薄率约为2 0 % ,累计变薄率约 5 0 % ,需中间退火 ,退火温度宜取 35 0℃。热旋结果认为 ,喷射沉积耐热粉末铝合金铸坯直接热旋成形困难 ,需经挤压比大于 4的变形致密 ,有助于热旋成形。耐热粉末铝合金挤压坯加热变薄旋压 ,应采用小压下量多道次的变形过程 ,逐渐细化晶粒组织 ,才能旋出综合性能良好的筒形件。

The samples of heatresistant aluminum alloys made by rapidly solidifying isostatic pressingrolling technology have been examined at room and high temperatures. The microstructure of alloys have been observed by means of SEM and TEM. It is clear that the mechanical properties of Al7.35Fe0.5V1.53Si alloy are higher than the others.

用快速凝固制粉 等静压 挤压或轧制方法制作不同配比的耐热粉末铝合金棒材和板材试样,进行了室温和高温力学性能分析,并用扫描电镜和透射电镜对微观组织进行了观察分析。结果证实了Al 7.53Fe 0.5V 1.53Si合金的室温和高温力学性能均高于其它几种合金。

To develop heat resistant powder aluminum alloy tubes for supersonic aircrafts, spray shaping, squeezing and spinning processes are employed respectively.Some Al 8.5Fe 1.3V 1.7Si alloy tubes are obtained with small diameter tube of Φ in 153 mm×1.2 mm×540 mm and large diameter tube of Φ in 380 mm×2.5 mm×1 140 mm. Simulation cabin made by the large diameter tubes has passed the combined thermal static load tests.

为研制超音速飞行器所需的耐热铝合金管材 ,采用喷射沉积管坯→挤压成厚壁管材→旋压成薄壁管的成形工艺路线 ,旋压出Al - 8.5Fe - 1.3V - 1.7Si耐热粉末铝合金Φ内 15 3mm× 1.2mm× 5 40mm的小直径管材和Φ内 380mm× 2 .5mm× 114 0mm的大直径管材。大直径管材做成的模拟舱段通过了静强与静热联合试验
