The The relation between nodal forec of contact lines and normal deformation has been established. toad distribution along the contact lines,load sharing among contact tecth and instantaneousmesh stiffness are analyzed by adding deflection concord condition and force cquilibrium condition. A special software calculating load distribution is developed.Calculating examples and load distribution curves in consideration of multi-tooth contact, stiffness and boundary effect are given out . The method gives up plane assumption and is suitable for practical load distribution, so the results have high accuracy and reliability.

提出了分析轮齿刚度和齿面接触线载荷分布的新方法─—齿面接触线法向刚阵法,建立了齿面接触线上节点力与法向变形的关系.加入相应的变形协调条件和静力平衡条件,精确简便地作了多对齿同时啮合状态下载荷沿齿面接触线分布的分析计算.并用有限元方法编制了计算载荷分布的专用软件,给出了分析计算实例,绘制出考虑多齿对啮合、刚度差异以及边界效应时,载荷沿齿面接触线的分布曲线.该方法抛弃了平面假设并与实际载荷分布相适应,计算结果具有较高的精度和可靠度.

Based on 3-D FEM, Load distribution along contact lines and amongcontact pairs of straight bevel gear are studied when multitooth are in mesh. Load varianon regulation with different contact position and the load distributed regulation amongcontact pairs are obtained.

以三维有限元方法对多齿对同时啮合的直齿圆锥齿轮载荷沿齿面接触线的分布进行了分析研究.得出了载荷随啮合位置的变化规律和载荷在同时啮合齿对间的分配规律.
