In this paper,we have evidenced that ChllA dimer sample is (Chla-H2O)z by direct measurements of the whole soybean (or spinach) leaf ESR. For chlorophyll ESR measurements, the leaves were irradiated with ultraviolet lamp and continuous He-Ne laser. The signal of (Chla-H2O)2+. and signal I of the whole soybean leaf have same origin. Therefore (Chla-H2O)2 2 can simulate that the investigations of the organization and function of the soybean leaf reaction

用ESR的方法检测了中药扶正防癌膏水溶液对酶和非酶体系中产生的活性氧自由基的清除作用。扶正防癌膏水溶液能较强地清除羟自由基(·OH)与超氧阴离子(O),药液的浓度越高,其清除能力越强。加热可以提高药液清除活性氧的能力,透析后的药液显示出了最好的清除效应,说明小分子物质在清除活性氧自由基的过程中可能起着非常重要的作用。本研究试图从自由基理论的角度说明具有扶正防癌作用中药方剂的部分作用机理。
