The model of finite element analysis for fairing of launch vehicle was established based on the factors of the structural elastic deformation and large-scale space relative movement as well as coupling of elastic and rigid movement in this paper.
By adopting the unified method to calculate stress distribution along prestressed steels just after anchorage is set up, the general approach can easily calculate the structural elastic response caused by each tendon, which is the base to analyze precisely the time-dependent effects in prestressed concrete structures.

The corresponding formulas are given and can be used to a theoretical reference for design and construction of the deck pavement at the tip position.
