An approach for elastoplastic stress analysis of integrated impeller with splitter is presented in this paper. Blades are modeled by using 3 dimensional shell elements and disk is modeled by using 2 dimensional ring elements. On the common boundary of the disk and the blades, the continuity and equilibrium requirements are met. In the end of the paper, three numerical examples are presented and the results have shown that this approach has a high accuracy and good economy.

提出采用壳单元与环单元耦合的方法对带分流叶片整体离心叶轮进行弹塑性分析。叶片采用壳单元模拟 ,轮体采用轴对环单元模拟。在叶片和轮体的交界处近似地满足双协调条件。推导了有关计算公式。在文末采用本方法对三个算例进行了计算 ,并将计算结果与用其他方法获得的结果进行了对比。算例表明 ,本方法精度高 ,省时性好
