Three dimension model is adopted to calculating stress strain curves of single crystal with several typical orientations under the uniaxial tensile load of crystal material in micro level. Rate dependent characteristics is introduced to the constitution relationship based on the crystal deformation kinematics and geometry. In this thesis, the variation of rate dependent characteristics and its effect on single crystal deformation behavior are discussed.
