    A study on the optimal operation scheme of the Sanmenxia Reservoir with the method of system analysis is reported in this paper. By means of reasonable regulation of water level and sediment released from thereservoir, aggradation in the lower reaches of the Yellow River could be reduced and great benefit could be developed in irrigation, water supply, and power generation on the premise that the requirements of flood and ice run control by the reservoir would be satisfied, sedimentation in the reservoir would be kept in the basic equilibrium and the bed level changes at head reach of the reservoir would be kept within an allowable limit. A stochastic dynamic programming model is developed for the joint regulation of the water level and sediment of the reservoir. Focusing on "reduction of numbers of dimensions", proper modification of the computation program of sedimentation has been made in this model. The objective is the amount of sedimentation in the downstream functions courses as the basic objective, including the power generation, irrigation, and the effect of the variation of bed level at Tongguan. The comprehensive objective function consisting of punish functions and weighing coefficients includes seven state variables and one decision variable. Inflow of the reservoir is a two-component stochastic process described with the inflow discharge and sediment concentration. By solving the stochastic dynamic programming model, the optimal operation scheme is obtained. In this study, two series of hydrological data were used in the computation both in the optimal operation scheme and the current operation scheme respectively.

    本文采用系统分析的方法,研究三门峡水库在满足防洪、防凌要求,并使库区保持泥沙冲淤基本平衡、潼关河床高程在允许范围内升降条件下,通过水库调水调沙合理运用,使下游河道淤积减少,同时,使水库灌溉、供水和发电效益最大的水沙综合调节优化调度运用方式。为此,建立了水库水沙联调随机动态规划模型,并围绕“降维”问题,对所引用的泥沙冲淤计算模型作了适当的改进,目标函数是以下游河道泥沙淤积量为基本目标,包括发电、灌溉、供水和潼关河床高程影响,由罚函数和权系数组成的综合目标函数,共有七个状态变量,一个决策变量,水库入流是由流量和含沙量描述的二元随机过程。通过随机动态规划模型求解计算,得出相应的优化调度规划。本文采用优化调度规则和现行调度规则对两组水文系列进行计算,获得了良好的结果(参阅图3)。

The optimal charging / discharging energy and work position of the storage station, the total cost and reliability indices of system can be obtained in this method.This model and algorithms can be used in the optimal extension planning as well as the long and middle- range operation planning. This research work is finiacial suported by the Natural Science Fundations of China(NSFC).

    This paper puts forward a scheduling planning method for nonlinearpipeline system which serves for multi-kind objects. The method gives out the presentation be constrained to objects into pipeline by using collision matrix, and findsout scheduling model with goal-oriented optimization by heuristic search. Thescheduling model can meet the requirment of non-collision and non-clogging of theservice process.

    本文提出一种为多类型对象服务的非线性流水系统的调度规划方法。该方法给出冲突矩阵表示对象流入流水线的限制,通过启发式搜索寻找面向目标优化的调度策略。获得的调度策略能满足服务过程无冲突无阻塞的要求。
