Various properties of transfer modes and their interrelation are analysed and observed systematically. Emphasis is put on the analysis and research of metal globular transfer of electrodes, that has consid- erable influence on the modes spatter and arcstability, which acts upon technical characteristics of electrodes, At the same time, for the pu- rpose of increasing the synthetic technical characteristics of coated electrodes, the article shows the epinions about the reasoning modes of transfer.

Based on the study of stability of aluminium MIG-welding in argon,the relationbetween the sensitivity of“intrinsic self-regulation”in meso-spray arc and the visiblearc length is investigated.The key points of designing“CC welding power source andconstant speed wire feed”system are discussed.The short-compensator,the equationof centralized regulation,the optimum standard curves and the transfer function of thisnew type welding system are given,and a new thyristor controlled CAC weldingpower source for MIG-welding is made.By a series of process experiments and bycomparison of this welder with CP and CC welding power sources,it is proved thatthis system is more advantageous to the MIG-welding of aluminium and its alloys.

在铝熔化极氩弧焊电弧稳定性研究的基础上,本文对亚射流电弧所具有的“固有自调节作用”的调节灵敏度同外观弧长的关系进行了探讨。研究了“等速送丝—恒流MIG 焊电源”调节系统的技术关键和解决办法,给出了引弧短路补偿器一元化调节理论方程、最佳规范调节曲线和系统的传递函数。研制成功一种恒流带短路补偿的一元化调节可控硅MIG 焊机。通过该机的工艺试验,并与平特性、缓降特性电源进行焊接对比,充分肯定了这种新型调节系统用于焊接铝及其合金的优点。
